How do I get the iCatch App?
The iCatch app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

What is the iCatch App?
The iCatch App allows anglers to create, join, participate, and win fishing tournaments. Tournaments vary in length from a few hours to multiple days to even a month long.
How much does the iCatch App cost?
The app is free to download! You can post pictures, follow your friends, and keep up with your newsfeed and profile on the app. If you want to participate in tournaments, you receive a free 30 day trial to join, create, and participate in tournaments. After the 30 day trial, there is a $4.99 per month membership fee to participate in tournaments.
What is a Trophy Shot?
Some tournaments require you to submit a trophy shot. The trophy shot is usually a picture of you holding the fish that you would want to share with your friends!
Do I have to be 18 years old or older to participate in a tournament?
No! If you are under 18 years old, you can participate in any free tournament on the iCatch App. You will still be required to become an iCatch member to participate in the free tournament. If you are under 18 years old, we currently are not allowing you to participate in tournaments that have an entry fee to participate.
What is a Tournament?
A tournament is a fishing competition that has been created for other anglers to join and compete to win prizes.
How do I submit a fish in a tournament?
You can go to the tournament, touch the “Add A Catch” button and the camera roll will open. You will be required to take a photo of the fish with a standard measurement device below the fish. Once you take the photo, you will be taken to the measurement screen. If you have an iCatch Approved Ruler, you will need to drag the 2 points to the nose and tail of the fish. If you do not have an iCatch Approved Ruler, there will be 4 points to drag. 2 will need to be 8 inches apart on the measurement device you are using and the other 2 will need to be to the nose and tail of the fish. From there, the app will calculate the length of the fish for you and submit it to the leaderboard!
How much does it cost to join a tournament?
There is a $4.99 per month iCatch membership that you must subscribe to in order to compete in any tournament. Once you are a member, each tournament can have a different entry fee. Some tournaments a free to join. Others will say in the tournament description what the entry fee to join is.
Can I create my own tournament?
Yes! You can create your own tournament and invite your friends to compete against you!
How many fish can I submit in a tournament?
You can submit every catch! The app will automatically take the longest catches and updated the leaderboard. The app will cull your tournament catches for you.
How do I win a tournament?
Tournaments are judged by photos submitted by anglers competing in the tournament. All tournaments are judged based on the length of the fish in the photo. If your total length of fish caught is longer than all other anglers, then you win the tournament. The tournament director will contact you to claim your prize for winning if there has been a prize designated for the tournament.
What is TNT?
TNT stands for "The Natural Tag". iCatch has teamed up with the most advanced bio-tagging agency in the world to tag all fish that are submitted to the iCatch App for scientific purposes. For more information about the TNT process, visit the BioPar LLC website; www.biopar.com
How can I compete against my friends?
Once you become an iCatch member, you can create your own tournaments and invite your friends to the tournament for epic bragging rights! You can create an unlimited number of tournaments to compete against your friends. You can also compete against other anglers on the iCatch App by following them and inviting them to your tournaments.
The app will measure the fish for me?
Yes! The technology we use allows you to snap a photo of the fish, touch a few points on the screen and the app will automatically measure the fish for you and submit it to the leaderboard!
